CW DWP 10-14-08“Do you see those people down there?” We were standing on a building, over ten stories up in the air. “Don't be afraid, I won't let you fall. See them?” I looked over the edge. There were many. Dozens? Hundreds? Thousands? Who knows? “You can barely see them, right?” he said, almost rhetorically. “You want to get closer. You know what you should do...” I don't know if I did know. “You do know what to do, don't you? Well, the easiest and fastest way...” His voice was so reassuring. So calm. So deadly. CW DWP 10-7-08Raen dragged Serris by the arms, out of the hell that Inside had turned into. The outside was a bit quieter now. Bodies still littered the street, and the sky was still filled with smoke, but there wasn't as much fighting anymore. Raen spoke into his intercom: “This is Raen. I need a medical transport over here A.S.A.P.” A few moments later, Serris was loaded into one, and flown to a nearby medical facility. He was stable. For now.CW DWP 10-7-08
But even he could see his time was up.

CW DWP 10-2-08Serris thought. He was lying, dieing. That bitch. Who did she think she was, shackling his life to hers like that? Although... he was pretty quick—almost too much so—to accept Inside, her, and her operations. He had to get out of there. He turned over. His body was numb from poison, and his implants were slowly shutting down. Serris crawled toward the exit, trying to avoid the fire and bits of Shadow. He crawled out, into the lobby. It all seemed to take so long. When he tried to speed up, he couldn't, he just was too... too weak... He stopped. He turned back over, onto his back, and thought again. He thoughtCW DWP 10-2-08
